Way of the Greater Dayton Area's headquarters are located at 33
West First Street, Suite 500. We are in the Soin Building which sits on
the northeast corner of West First Street and Ludlow Street.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide parking to our volunteers and
visitors. The following is information about the parking options
available around the one city block where we are located.

Directly across the street is a PMI lot with the following rates:
$2 for 1 hour
$3 for 1 ½ hours
$4 for 2 hours
$5 for 3 hours
$6 per day
On West First Street, just past our building is the First Street Garage with the following rates:
$2 for each hour
$6 per day
*This
garage only provides valet parking. You will need to
get a ticket from the attendant if you choose this option.
On West First Street, past the First Street garage, is the CareSource Garage with the following rates:
$2 for 1 hour
$1 for each additional ½ hour
$10 per day
Behind our building on Monument, there is a PMI lot with the following rates:
$4 per day
On the corner of Ludlow and Monument, there is a PMI lot with the following rate:
